    Amazing exchange experience! I just did the online chat to exchange the glasses I just received. The quality of the first pair was great, but I didn’t feel that the frames suited me. Since it was within the 14 day exchange period they just wanted to know why I wanted to exchange and then which ones I wanted in place of them. So simple and quick! Chat was efficient and a practical way to do an exchange. Unfortunately it was a bit slow as I suspect that the agent was dealing with multiple clients at one time. Still a good experience.
