    Ordered a 2 frames with prescription glasses. Good explanation of each product to choose wisely. I had forgotten to provide pupillary distance but it was easy to provide even if I ordered as a guest without an account. Good communication: I was informed when they received my frames, when they started processing my order and when they sent back my glasses. They where processed within 10 days. The frames were not damaged, perfect vision. Would do it again

    I recently had two pairs of my own frames by Glasses online. I had varifocals with transitions and having used this company before l knew what to expect. From using their website to placing an order every thing is very well set out. Once they have your order they will soon be in touch to tell you how to send your frames and to ask for any more information they may require to process it. Their already low pricing compared to high street opticians. After 8 days i got my my glasses back. Another good experience with this excellent company.

The only aspect needing improvement is more communication on the stages of the process once ordered and when glasses will be ready.
